Kenneth Brodsky, is a distinguished attorney with an illustrious career spanning over three decades. His firm concentrates on a variety of legal issues to assist clients with their specific needs. These include Workers’ Compensation, personal injury and various other areas of law. Serving plaintiffs and injured workers in and around the Philadelphia region and Southeastern Pennsylvania, Kenneth N. Brodsky has been practicing law since 1988.
Mr. Brodsky is admitted before the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey and various federal courts. He maintains memberships in various professional organizations including the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association. He is a Temple University and Widener Law School graduate. He has lectured at various seminars and taught various courses in Worker’s compensation, as well as other areas of law.
He has litigated cases before Worker’s Compensation Judges in Southeastern and Central Pennsylvania, The Pennsylvania Worker’s Compensation Appeal Board, as well as Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He has handled numerous cases in the Court of Common Pleas involving arbitration matters, jury trials, and Municipal Court. He sat as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, where he was regularly asked to act as chairman of the arbitration panel. He participated and volunteered as a Judge Pro Tem in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for many years and was involved with the Pennsylvania Bar Association High School Mock Trial competition team for many years, as well as the Attorney advisor for the Lower Moreland High School team.
